This teacher understands that for many of them school is a refuge. Because of this, she does her best to make everyday a positive one and to make all of her students smile. It is amazing to watch her teach and to see the compassion and love that she has for her students every day. All of these reasons are why she should be recognized as “Gold Star” teacher. Unfortunately, I will never be able to adequately put into words the difference that she has made for countless students.
