The look in a student’s eye’s when they learn something new.

Building student’s confidence and finding time in the day to do all I want and need to do to ensure student success.

Best tip for new teachers?
Build relationships with all your students and their families. Really get to know your student’s strengths.

Best tip for career teachers?
Don’t be so set in “your” way of doing it, that it keeps you from trying the new ways of doing it.

Favortie piece of advice for students?
Dream big, set goals, and be prepared to put in the work. Know that mistakes are okay, they are lessons learned.
