The Thing You Like Most About Teaching:  I enjoy my students and their ability to make me laugh every day!

The Thing You Find Most Challenging About Teaching:  There are not enough hours in the day to accomplish everything that needs to be done.

Best Tip for New Teachers:  The best advice I can give to new teachers is to be yourself and let your own individual personality shine through your teaching!

Best Tip for Career Teachers:  Focus on the students

Favorite Piece of Advice for Students: Do your best and be the best you can be at whatever your passion and strengths are!

What Being a Gold Star Teacher Means to You: Receiving the Gold Star Teaching is such an honor.  I am truly grateful to my students, the parents of the students I work with, my colleagues, and the administrators that have supported me, for making this award possible for me.  It truly takes all of us working together to be successful in the lives of our students.  I strive daily to make a difference in the lives of my students.  This award affirms that I am hopefully accomplishing my goal.
