Hobbies/Interests: I love to play scrabble, read, plant flowers, cook, spend time with family and friends, watch sports, and attend musical and theatrical performances.

What do you enjoy most about teaching? I totally enjoy the opportunity to inspire children and watch them grow as life-long learners and leaders.

What do you find most challenging about teaching?I find it a challenge to put “first things first”, and be satisfied. There is always more that I want to accomplish!

Best tip for new teachers: Approach each day with a joyful spirit, grateful attitude, and compassion for others.

Best tip for career teachers: Embrace “change” as an opportunity!

Favorite piece of advice for students: Believe in yourself, challenge yourself, and have a positive attitude.
